Tubes
Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturing Process
Steel Tubes is an integral part of the tubing systems. Tube systems around the world involve connections which are provided by tube fittings. Steel Tubes is consumed in bulk and provides for onward transmission of liquids and gases. Tubes are designed keeping four aspects in mind:
- ● Designed to have the highest pressure rating which defines the maximum pressures the tube is designed to withstand.
- ● Designed to have a high vacuum which is the maximum vacuum pressure that can be created in the tube.
- ● Tubes are designed on bend radius. The Minimum bend radius is a rating based on the acceptable amount of deformation the tubing cross-section can undergo.
- ● And finally the most important aspect is the Temperature range, which defines the full range of various temperatures that the tubing is designed to operate within.
- ● Tubes can be connected to tube fitting by swaging the ferrule to the nuts and tubes.
Types of Tube

Seamless Tube
Seamless tubes are manufactured without seams or welds, providing exceptional strength and high-pressure resistance. Commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, and automotive, they are made from durable materials like stainless steel and carbon steel. These tubes are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and ability to perform in critical applications where reliability is essential. Seamless tubes offer a long-lasting solution for demanding environments and are perfect for high-performance needs.

Welded Tube
Welded tubes are made by welding the edges of metal sheets together, offering flexibility in size and thickness. They are cost-effective and widely used in industries like HVAC, construction, and transportation. Available in materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel, welded tubes provide durable solutions for a variety of applications. Their versatility and affordability make them an ideal choice for many projects, delivering reliable performance in diverse environments.

ERW/EFW Tube
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) and EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) tubes are manufactured using electric current to weld the edges of metal. ERW tubes use resistance heating, while EFW tubes use electric fusion for a strong, uniform bond. These tubes are known for their high strength and reliability, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications in industries like oil and gas and power generation. Made from materials like carbon steel and stainless steel, ERW and EFW tubes offer durability and performance in demanding environments.

We are also members of various renowned agencies and Chambers of Commerce including MASSMA, EEPC, FICCI, FIEO, Indian Merchants Chamber etc.
100% of Steel Tubes is checked in house for Surface Finish, Compliance to specifications as per ASTM Standards, Outer Diameter, Thickness, Inside Diameter, Inside Finish, Marking, Ends and Finishing. This ensures that we never face a rejection for the Steel Tubes supplied. We stock and outsource tubing from 1/16” to 2”.
Tube: Standards
The tubes are marked in requirement of the International standards ASTM, AISI, JIS, BIS. with the format BRAND-SIZE-SPECIFICATION-GRADE-HEAT NUMBER-LOT NUMBER.
This format helps for identification of the Steel Tubes Manufacturers as well is supported with the Material Test Report. This is 100% traceable to the mill from which the material is procured.
