Pipes: Product
Steel Pipes are long, hollow tubes that can be used for a number of purposes. They are an integral part of the piping systems. The first methods for producing steel pipe were introduced in the early 1800s, and have steadily evolved into the modern processes we use today. Pipe systems around the world involve connections which are provided by fittings.
Steel pipes are consumed in bulk and provide for onward transmission of liquids and gases. They can be connected to fittings by welding and the structure is supported by connection of flanges. Steel Pipes available in two types: Seamless steel pipes and Welded steel pipes. For both types we first cast raw steel into a more workable starting form.
We then mould it into a pipe by stretching the steel out into a seamless tube or by forcing the edges together and sealing them with a weld. We manufacture our steel pipes in all sizes from ½ to 48 and our Steel Pipes also have phenomenal strength and flexibility. Other than that we also use only very high quality coating material which results in getting an exceptional end finish

Pipes : Standards
The Steel pipes are marked in requirement of the International standards ASTM, AISI, JIS, BIS. with the format BRAND-SIZE-SPECIFICATION-GRADE-HEAT NUMBER-LOT NUMBER.
This format helps for identification of the pipes as well is supported with the Material Test Report. This is 100% traceable to the mill from which the material is procured.
