TUBE FITTINGS MANUFACTURERS & SUPPLIERS, FERRULE FITTINGS , COMPRESSION FITTINGS , INSTRUMENTATION FITTINGS

Midland Alloys is a principal manufacturer and supplier of fine quality tube fittings. Tube fittings are also popularly known as compression fittings, ferrule fittings, and instrumentation fittings. Tube fittings are manufactured in various materials of Stainless Steel & Nickel Alloys.

We manufacture all types of fittings as per your requirements, but the most common types of tube fittings that we manufacture include elbow fittings, connectors, adapters, expansion joint coupling fittings, push-in, nipple, plug, gland, and bulkhead fittings, among a vast number of others. The most basic specifications and modifications that we consider in the preliminary stages of designing tube fittings include material type, tube size, and port size. Our Tube fittings are available in numerous configurations and sizes.

We are the most comprehensive addition to the industry that offers a complete portfolio of products associated with tube fittings. Our Production Capacity has up to units per month and our Fittings strong endurance and durability, with precision in Threading (NPT, BSPT, BSPP). Each and every individual unit is tested to gauge and pressure before it leaves the premises. Please feel free to request samples for regular size and requirements.

TUBE FITTINGS: PRODUCT

Tube Fittings is a product used to provide a leak-free connection between tubes for a seamless flow of liquids and gases. Tube fittings are manufactured to meet even the most volatile and rigorous specifications required by industries and are most commonly used in the oil and gas, pulp & paper, petrochemical/chemical processing, research laboratories, aerospace and defense, chemical processing, power generation, cryogenic and semiconductor, shipbuilding and heavy industrial industries. The most common types of tube fittings manufactured by us are nickel and chrome-plated fittings which are used for their corrosion resistance or to provide aesthetic finishes.

It is important to know which fittings should be used in which application. The first step to determining the type of fitting right for the application is to establish the basic system type. The three common applications are:

They involve the transfer of liquid fluids such as water and other chemical solvents. Hydraulic fittings must have seals which prevent the leakage of liquid and often be resistant to rust or any possible chemical corrosion.

They involve the transfer of gases. Pneumatic fittings must be sealed tightly to prevent gas leakage and also be resistant to chemical corrosion.

They are applications such as structural design, which also incorporate tube fittings. These fittings must have strong physical integrity, but typically do not require sealing because they do not carry fluids or gases.

Tube fittings are available in a number of sizes and configurations. They range from sizes 1/16” to 2” with a number of choices in connections and end patterns. Tube fittings are normally measured by inside diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), wall thickness and material hardness. Tube fittings are made up of the 4 vital parts, namely: A body, a front ferrule, a back ferrule, and a nut. There are also a number of Materials of tube fittings and connections available.

QUALITY CONTROL OF TUBE FITTINGS

Our state of the art factory has CNC Machines,Lathe Machines, Heavy Punch Machines, and Dye Machines for an end to end process at one place. Our production capacity at peak in a 3 shift schedule is pieces of assembled units per month.

Added to that we have in house testing facilities like Spectro machine, PMI Machine, Mechanical Test, Hardness Test, Ultrasonic Testing, Hydrostatic Testing, Pressure testing, and manual inspection of gauge. Our product range also includes instrumentation valves, condensate pots, snubber, manifolds, and custom designed valves. Tube Fittings can be made in NPT, BSPT & BSPP Threads

Body: As per design standard the body is made from hex or round bar which is subject to heat treatment depending on the stature of the bar. Followed by that, the body is machined depending on the thread required by the customer.

Nuts: Nuts are made in a fairly simple process by a machining of hex bar as per size and thread for a standardized design.

Ferrule: Ferrules are the heart of the tube fittings. Our specialization lies in manufacturing an innovative method that makes the ferrules compatible with other manufacturer designs and increases the life of the fitting.

PACKING AND DOCUMENTATION OF TUBE FITTINGS

Tube fittings Suppliers are subject to surface wash and cleaning to remove all impurities with it being in stock. Then it is wrapped in a thin plastic. The ends are protected by plastic caps to avoid any damage in transit. Then tube fittings are bundled in bubble wrap followed by assorting them in colored plastic goonies or bundles. Then an outer rope is tied to protect the pipes and they are packed in wooden boxes or containers.

We provide Steel Pipes with documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Test Reports, HSN Code, Country of Origin attested by chamber of commerce, Fumigation Certificate, Warranty Letter, and Base Material Certificates.

Each heat and lot of tube fittings is supplied with a material test certificate as per EN 10204 NACE 3.1 standards indicating the chemical and mechanical properties of the fittings along with pressure rating. We also confirm the guarantee of the fittings supplied as per Purchase Order specifications and attest the same in the Material Test Certificate. We also welcome any third party inspection from an agency nominated by the customer to comply with NACE 3.2 Certification if required by the customer at an extra cost.
